Meeting Programme

The meeting will take place before the opening of the Joint Workshop with COST Action 272, from 9:30 to 13:00 at ESTEC in room Newton 1. Coffee break will be at 11:00.

If you have proposals for contributions to the Agenda Items, please send them to the Chairman and Secretary. Working Groups contributions are coordinated by their respective chairmen, please liaise with them directly. This will be a one day meeting only, priority will be given to management issues. The Agenda will be published in the Secure Document Area of the web site before 21 May 2003.

1) Cost of Taxi from Schiphol to ESTEC: about 40 EU.

2) Train from Schiphol to Leiden CS (Travel time 20', Frequency 10-20' Approx), then

Here is the map of the bus stop near ESTEC (area in magenta colour). It takes 10' to walk from the bus stop (Schorpioen) to the security gate (small symbol in the map).

The meeting will be followed by a joint workshop with Action 272. Social events will be organized as part of the workshop.

MC Members' Travel and Subsistence Re-Imbursement

Up to two delegates (MC members) from each country that has already signed the MoU will be eligible for travel re-imbursement, and two days' subsistence, subject to budgetary constraints. Please download an official  re-imbursement form from http://www.cordis.lu/cost/src/reimbursement_link.htmand bring it with you, suitably completed, to the meeting. Note there are TWO sheets in the Excel file. Copies of travel tickets will also be required.
